20 Temporary Full Time Maids & Housekeeping Positions.
Work sites: Provided daily transportation to/from the work site; begin in Isle of Palms, Charleston County, SC 29451 at $10.36 per hour. Continue into the county(ies) of Charleston, SC, Charleston-North Charleston, SC MSA. April 1, 2019 - October 31, 2019.
Possible Duties:
- Perform any combination of housekeeping cleaning duties to maintain establishment(s) in a clean, orderly manner.
- Clean rooms, restrooms/other work areas so that health standards are met.
- Replenish supplies. Keep storage areas & carts well-stocked & other related Maids & Housekeeping activities per SOC/OES 37-2012
- Must show proof of legal authorization to work in U.S. Drug/Alcohol/Tobacco free work zone.
Perform physical activities: such as lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, manipulate materials use static strength to exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, carry objects up to 40 lbs. No minimum education requirement. On the Job Training.
All applicants must be willing, qualified, to perform work described/available for entire period specified. $10.36 per hour up to poss $14 per hour Overtime $15.54 per hour up to poss $21 per hour, Wage may vary. Depending on experience. Possible daily/weekly hours: 8:30 AM-5 PM. 40+ plus to include lunch break Mondays-Fridays. Poss weekend/holiday work. Overtime possible, not required/guaranteed. If Overtime is worked, wage paid at rate of time & a half per hr worked beyond 40 hours per week. Hours may fluctuate based on tourism peaks/valleys throughout the season +/-, poss downtime and/or Overtime. Overtime available, not required. Employer will comply with all applicable federal, state & local laws pertaining to Overtime hours. Piece rate may apply. Bonuses may apply.
Transportation: Will provide/pay cost of worker return transport, subsistence from work site to place from which worker departed to worker for employer if worker completes period of employment/dismissed from employment before end of worker period above. Transportation/subsistence will be provided for cost from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment. Guaranteed offered work hours at least 3/4s of workdays each 12 per week period of total employment period. Use/maintain of employer provided tools/equip./supplies at no cost/deposit. Cash advance may apply at employer discretion. Opt housing available to worker. If worker chooses to use opt housing, $62.50 will be deducted from each weekly paycheck.
