We have the following openings:


Establishes financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. Oversees the operations of the Finance Dept.  In alignment with Aldersgate growth strategy, recommends ledger construction and consolidation impact.  Proactively works with companywide management on variance trends to ensure budgets are met and talent for challenging the status quo. Ability to work effectively as part of a management team which will look to this position for financial expertise.  In addition, the individual in this position must be willing to become thoroughly acquainted with nonfinancial aspects of Aldersgate in order to participate fully in the management of the company. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or business-related field; license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant required.  Five years’ experience in accounting and/or finance in managerial position required.
