Manager - Quant Modeling

Ally Bank seeks Manager - Quant Modeling in Charlotte, NC. Lead creation of new analysis to progress business. Utilize knowl of data storing & processing of large data sets. Dsgn, dvlp, implmt economic data models. Create predictive statistical/analytical economic models from the ground up. May telecommute. Reqs: Master's Deg in Economics, Quantitative Finance, Econometrics, or closely related, or foreign equiv. 2 yrs' exp in job offered, or similar, or Analyst/Sr. Analyst. 2 yrs' exp w/ (may be concurrent): Econometric modeling; dvlp & implmt models using general prgmg languages; Statistical S/ware exp, such as SAS, R, STATA; Economic analysis & research, utilizing key economic indicators; Bloomberg Professional for Fin'l & economic research.
