Senior Business Analyst (Charlotte, NC): Gather business requirements, verifying completeness and performing required analysis to build and launch new Annuity Retirement Products in the Policy Admin System (NaviSys). Analyze and evaluate business needs. Provide technical direction and recommendations to create and develop new system functionality. Work with the Software Development Life Cycle; Waterfall and Agile Methodologies; the Insurance Domain, including Retirement products and Annuity Product Build and Implementation; Agent Licensing; Appointment; Client and Agent reporting; Commission; sales reporting; and, Accounting and Reserves. Req’s Bachelor’s deg. + 5 yrs. exp.
