IMMEDIATE Full time and/or Part-time openings:
Affinity4 is currently seeking goal-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team at our Virginia Beach office. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with customer service experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Contact potential prospects by phone from both an inbound and outbound call setting.
- Develop rapport and a thorough understanding of needs and how programs offered can meet those needs.
- Maintain database of leads and contact information with timely and accurate updates on all contacts and call outcome.
- Trouble-shoot, resolve issues and effectively communicate to callers as well as internal management.
- Interact with all team members in a positive manner to ensure program initiatives are being met.
- Timely and successful completion of training requirements and assessment testing. Demonstrate knowledge of programs, policies and procedures.
- Meet and/or exceed established call quality standards.
- Meet and or exceed established program goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to develop rapport with the caller, listen well and follow up with appropriate questions in order to quickly understand and accurately identify the caller’s needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to utilize professional knowledge and perspective to relate to callers and to ensure a successful caller experience.
- Excellent time management skills and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Represent the program in a professional manner.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and to work effectively, both independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to meet changing needs of the work environment.
- Ability to work flexible schedule.
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma required
- Minimum of two to three years of successful work experience in a position requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills. Call Center experience a plus!
- Basic computer skills required along with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, primarily Outlook, Word and Excel.
