Director of Fund Development

Anuvia Prevention & Recovery seeks a full time Director of Fund Development. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in fund development, communications, marketing or related field required. Minimum 5 years of experience in professional fundraising required. Must have proven track record in strategic fundraising for budgets  greater than $10MM.

This position is responsible for planning, organizing & directing all of Anuvia’s fundraising including, major gifts, annual fund, planned giving, special events and capital campaigns, and works closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors in all development and fund raising endeavors.  Will develop and implement a measurable annual development plan to attract and retain a broad base of support from individuals, major donors, corporate donors, grant makers, and workplace giving. In addition to regular fundraising efforts, will manage all aspects of a capital campaign for agency expansion.
