Anuvia Prevention & Recovery is recruiting for a
Full Time Outpatient Clinical Manager.
Interested candidates must be a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. CCS is strongly preferred. Master’s Degree in related field. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field of Substance Abuse and at least 2 years clinical supervisory experience is required. Must possess verifiable knowledge of resources available in the community to support recovery and knowledge of state licensing statutes and pertinent Medicaid regulations. Must have program development, implementation and management skills. Excellent attendance is required. Valid NC/SC Driver’s License is required. Work schedule is Mon-Friday, day shift; some evenings may be required. This position provides oversight and direction for seven outpatient treatment programs ensuring administrative supervision of assigned positions including hiring, ongoing supervision and performance management; monitors provision of services, ensuring services are provided in accordance with best business practices; develops new clinical programming in response to client and organizational needs and innovative methods to enhance current programming; conducts program evaluation and improvement activities; assures accurate and timely clinical documentation; compiles various reports; and advocates for the population through community education. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic; above-average technology skills to include Microsoft Office; and presents self in a professional manner. Other valuable skills and abilities include excellent critical thinker, multi-tasker and time manager. Must possess sound judgement and excellent decision-making skills. A positive attitude, great customer service skills and ease in interacting with people from all socio-economic levels are paramount to this position. The ability to establish rapport with consumers and families, and other stakeholders is vital to this position.
