ACCOUNTING CLERK - Assist in maintaining financial transaction records, post transactions, balance company accounts, complete payroll processing, and perform routine calculations to verify data and validate company records. Assist in preparing financial statements, graphs, reports, and tracking financial reporting deadlines. May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings of general business transactions. Will use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel in the job duties. Must have an Associate degree in Accounting and 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of experience in finance record keeping, auditing, payment management, data compiling and reporting, or in a related field.
