The Virtual Bank Service Supervisor leads in a team in the day-to-day operations of the Virtual Bank Service Group including, but not limited to, supervisory functions, training, handling overflow communication through all digital channels, escalated service issues, and other management/leadership activities.
This position requires a two-year degree in business, service, or related field as well as two years of experience in a call center environment. Experience in banking is helpful and supervisory experience is preferred. The successful individual will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of personal computers and related software programs is required. The position will work Monday - Friday, 1pm -10pm.
