Sales Administrator
Purpose:
Provide support to and act as a liaison for the sales team.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
1) In charge of disseminating leads to all Hospitality and Healthcare Account Executives in a timely fashion.
2) Assign all internally requested account transfers to Account Executives.
3) Determine if a sale is complete by ensuring the contract, pricing tool, and CRM opportunity match up.
4) Compile data and reports for weekly Hilton Call to include pipeline report and weekly/monthly Closed/Won accounts.
5) Compile notes from each weeks Hilton call and disseminate to the Sales Executive team.
6) Send Hilton ECF requests to DIRECTV or add to internal ECF spreadsheet for processing.
7) Work with the Director of Sales Operations to ensure that internal Manager Cases are updated, reported, followed up on and closed weekly.
Occasional Responsibilities:
- Create new FedEx labels and schedule pickups for contracts if sales representative requests.
- Schedule conference rooms for weekly sales meeting.
