QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of increasingly responsible experience in an office environment and/or administrative capacity required. Preference will be given to experience in a community college or higher education environment as well as strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Knowledge and skill in the use of computer office systems and ability to maintain confidentiality of records required. Knowledge of data extraction, survey and database software preferred. Ensure college compliance set forth by state and federal regulation and reporting requirements; perform skilled technical work related to compliance requirements and accountability; manage and maintain documents and evidence regarding college compliance; coordinate state, federal, and SACSCOC reporting to meet prescribed deadlines; cultivate and maintain good relationships with various departments within the institution as well as with outside agencies; perform related assignments that require a variety of technical duties; and provide responsible and complex administrative support to the Director of Institutional Effectiveness, Research, and Grants (OIERG).
