Student Success Coach Minority Male
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in education, counseling, student development or related field is required. Two years of increasingly responsible experience in an academic setting required. Previous experience with academic advising and/or student retention at the community college level is preferred. Focuses on identification and retention of students at risk of leaving the institution, specifically those individuals from culturally diverse backgrounds. Responsibilities include monitoring Early Alerts and other institutional early warning signs and meeting with students identified as "at risk". Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; occasional evenings.
