We have a hands-on relationship with our customers and a robust website that we are constantly improving to streamline and simplify our delivery of prompt and reliable service. In addition to researching and adding new products, we are taking calls from Caregivers in need of guidance while returning their emails, processing orders and optimizing our site all at once. And we do it all with a smile. This is what we do: Our ideal candidates are passionate about helping others in addition to being highly organized, self-starters with strong attention to detail. Building customer rapport should come to you with ease. We seek experience, creativity, and a willingness to learn and grow. Here’s where you come in: Our growing business is looking for a Customer Care Specialist with an emphasis on "CARE". You should be willing to withstand and welcome growth and change. This is an ongoing project with lots of room for independence and evolution within your role. We need you to: Manage phone calls and emails (Type, talk and listen at the same time). Take orders, process payments and follow up with customers to see how we can improve our service and product offering. Build authentic relationships with customers and offer emotional support (you need great listening skills and empathy) Support the team by coming up with innovative solutions to problems, sharing ideas, reporting trends. You Should Have: Associates Degree | HS Diploma Multi-tasking guru (type, talk, listen, help a team member, and save the world)
