As BOD Finance Manager this position reports to Transit Chief Financial Officer and serves as budget officer managing TMC’s budget.

Duties and responsibilities include day-to-day management and supervision of accounting/payroll division. Responsible for annual budget as well as all annual NDT reporting.

Requires Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college with coursework in accounting or business. CPA preferred. Candidate must have minimum of five (5) years or more direct experience in management of accounting/finance operations with three (3) years or more people management experience. Also, must be proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Internet. Access, Excel) and be very adept at spreadsheet applications.
Knowledge of related financial systems a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are an essential part of job duties. The candidate should be a flexible, an independent worker as well as an excellent team player.
