Recruitment AdministratorCharlotte Area Transit System
The Recruitment Administrator is responsible for performing human resources related activities such as recruitment, interviewing, and orientation; monitoring and providing oversight and correction to processes related to area of assignment. The primary responsibilities for this role will include the sourcing of candidates, job postings, assistance with job description creation and revisions, preparation of offer letters, conducting and scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment screenings as well as assistance with the development and administration of hiring procedures for the Company.
Exceptional computer skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint required. Knowledge in identifying and implementing “best practices” for sourcing, candidate screening, pipelining, and tools. Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, psychology, social work or related area preferred.
Starting salary - $46,700, commensurate with experience.
