Medical Front Desk
Medical specialty practice looking for experienced front desk staff at all of our locations.
Checking patients in and out; insurance verification; collecting co-pay; using fax server; prescription refills; scheduling appointments; pre-authorizations; answering patient and provider phone calls; taking care of referrals; capturing and/or updating patient demographics in our electronic medical records system NextGen. Experience working in a specialty practice is strongly preferred. Ability to multi-task, work at a fast pace and under pressure required. Being a team player, having a great attitude and a pleasant demeanor a MUST.
