COMPUTER/IT: SEALED AIR CORPORATION is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst for our Charlotte, North Carolina location. The position will lead the administration of Sealed Air's Corporate Financial systems, primarily Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Financial Data Management (FDMEE), in support of Sealed Air's monthly consolidation process. The role will provide both technical and functional support as part of the Corporate Financial Systems group to ensure accurate and timely reporting for all financial reporting and consolidations activities for Sealed Air Corporation. Provide support and administration of Sealed Air's corporate financial consolidation systems, including: administration and maintenance of HFM and FDMEE; develop, test, and migrate application changes using Life Cycle Management; propose, test, and implement enhancements to improve system performance; support application development and deployment of initiatives to ensure efficient processes, integration and automation with Planning, SAP, and BW; and validate and reconcile systems during the implementations and upgrades. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes and the annual budget. Administrate and provide support to user base for Hyperion Planning applications. Proactively identify efficiency and quality improvements to current processes. Collaborate with the infrastructure group to ensure reliable and responsive financial systems along with timely deployment of upgrades and patches across all environments. Work with key stakeholders and end users to effectively determine needs, define business requirements and expand functionality and usage of Hyperion Tools. Develop VBA templates for finance users. Support and/or lead system projects and enhancement requests, including gathering of requirements and best practices, blueprint, configuration, implementation, testing, training, and post-implemen-tation support. Drive continuous improvement in the system capabilities and analytical functions and work collaboratively on projects with various team members to develop robust and efficient solutions to customer needs. Translate strategic business needs into practical architecture and reporting solutions. Develop policies, processes, and documentation for Hyperion tools in order to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems/ Technology, Engineering, or a related field, and at least 5 years technical experience with Hyperion Financial Management and Financial Data Management and at least 2 years technical experience with Hyperion Planning and Essbase having hands-on experience with MaxL, calc and report scripts. A qualified applicant will possess hands-on experience with programming languages, including 5 years with SQL, and writing scripting with 5 years of experience in VBScript, 5 years of DOS, and 5 years of batch scripting. Must possess 5 years of experience with infrastructure, server set-up and optimization for Hyperion Suite and 5 years of experience working with financial statements and knowledge of relevant accounting principles; 5 years of experience working with accounting and financial concepts within a global organization; 3 years applying patches to Hyperion environments; 3 years of Jython experience; and 3 years of experience with relational database design and development. Must possess 1 year of experience with Hyperion EPM version 11.1.2.4.
