The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for administration and configuration of business applications including: Yardi, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications. This position is responsible for identification and implementation of new processes in business applications. The analyst will interact with business unit stakeholders at all levels of the organization to identify productivity improvements and enhancements.

The primary functions of this job include the following; other duties and responsibilities may be added as needed:

  • Works closely with business unit stakeholders
  • Performs project management for various IT related projects
  • Administers permissions on business applications: Yardi, SharePoint and other applications
  • Understands business functions/divisions, business management issues and data analysis to analyze, recommend, document, and implement projects
  • Identifies opportunities to leverage technology within business applications
  • Suggests and implements improvements within business applications
  • Assists with testing and documenting new products and solutions
  • Performs analysis and configuration of current systems and special projects
  • Supports multiple business areas and integration points
  • Attends software user conferences relevant to business applications
  • Answers and addresses incoming Helpdesk emails and phone calls regarding application issues
  • Obtains details regarding software application issues and resolves those issues or forwards the call to the appropriate individual within the department to ensure adequate customer service
  • Responds to site inquiries about programs and policies related to software
  • Opens, tracks and closes trouble tickets and communicates status updates and requests
  • Participates in after hours On-Call rotation


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Services or a related field
  • A minimum of two years of experience supporting Yardi Voyager Finance, Property Management and Development
  • A minimum of two years of experience in Yardi Financial support
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Site Administration
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent customer service and organization skills, detail oriented
  • Must be able to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrate initiative, personal awareness, professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all areas of performance
  • Understands and applies project management skills
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
