As a candidate for employment with Childress Klein, you are required to undergo confidential pre-employment drug and background screenings.

The Parking Coordinator will operate specialized parking software, process applications and cancellations, verify, input and update information in parker records as needed; run weekly and monthly reports, create invoices and apply payments to correct accounts, reconcile and audit invoices and payments to the parking database and process daily cashier reports in a professional office setting.

This position will process parking invoices (i.e. company, individual and client validation programs). Apply credit and deposit payment of invoices to the appropriate accounts, monitor aged receivables and collect revenue on a timely basis. Assist in the monitoring of garage and garage parking vacancy and the leasing of parking spaces to ensure accuracy of the parking access system.

Provide administrative support including general receptionist duties, typing, filing, and mailing correspondence; support parking attendant’s patrol via generating weekly tag listing with appropriate updates. Serve as primary back up to the tenant services coordinator role and have basic knowledge of call center operations, related duties and software.


Associate’s degree in business (Bachelor’s degree preferred); two years’ experience in an administrative role with a service-oriented business or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including one or more years’ experience using Microsoft Outlook. Applicant should be proficient in working with Windows operating systems and adept at learning new software applications. One or more years’ experience working with databases desired. Experience using the Microsoft SharePoint software is strongly preferred.
