ERSEA Coordinator/Child Plus SpecialistCleveland County Partnership for Children
The Cleveland County Partnership for Children is accepting applications for an ERSEA Coordinator/ChildPlus Specialist for the Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership program. This position has primary responsibility for monitoring all enrollment processes, including child recruitment, determining eligibility and selection, tracking attendance of participants, and management of the ChildPlus database system to meet Head Start Program Performance Standards. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently as well as a part of a team to develop strategies for continuous program improvement.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Human/Family Services, Early Childhood Education, Business Administration or related degree. Strong computer skills, the ability to communicate with diverse populations both written and orally, and a keen attention to detail are desired.
