Sr. Human Resources Representative - Turtle Lake, WI
With minimal supervision, provides support to managers/supervisors on employee relations matters including conflict resolution, corrective discipline, performance reviews, new hires, terminations and reductions in force. Conducts investigations. Provides skills training and process training to managers and employees. Counsels employees on issues in the workplace. Exercises discretion and judgment in ER matters, policy interpretation and conflict resolution. Enforces company policy/procedures in accordance with local employment law. May contribute to policy and procedure content. Interacts with different levels of management. May train/mentor HR administrative staff. |

Typical Education and experience:
Generally requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of related experience. |
