The College of Science at Coastal Carolina University invites applications for a Full-time Lecturer position in the Department of Computing Sciences beginning August 2018.
- A Master's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field is required.
- Preferred qualifications include experience teaching programming concepts in Python or Java, networking systems administration, security and hardware.
- Teaching responsibilities will include courses throughout the undergraduate curriculum, based on qualifications, with a particular emphasis on introductory programming and information technology courses.
The Department of Computing Sciences at Coastal Carolina University consists of eight tenure-track faculty and four full-time lecturers. Our degree programs in Computer Science and Information Systems are accredited by Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology/Computing Accreditation Commission.
