Master’s deg. or foreign equiv in Comp. Info.Sys., Comp. Sci., or rel. field & 2 yrs of exp. as Tech. Lead or rel. role. Exp. must incl. Avaya Aura Orchestration Designer 7.0/7.2.3, AWS API Gateway, AWS Lambda, Avaya CM, Avaya CMS, Apigee X, Weblogic, & SQL; Configuring Cisco ICM w/ VDN & Transfer Groups, Genesys CME w/ agent VDN; Voicegenie Telephony, Avaya Dialogue Designer, CCXML, Avaya CM, & VHT.
