Operations Manager
Organize company's workflow and implement procedures to handle each service area following safety and technical standards. Ensure suppliers of A/C, accessories, airducts, spare parts, tools, and other comply with minimum company standards, as it relates to timely and accurate delivery, and product quality. Ensure immediate quality control of supplies and conduct return procedures, to eliminate unnecessary wait times, and unexpected expenses. Impart rules to discard and store in warehouse, returned items, spare parts, defective air ducts, etc. Ensure appropriate equipment and safety apparel is used by all personnel. Lead and motivate personnel to provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner. Maintain quality standards by ensuring effective supervision and inspecting work. Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and staff as needed.
