Elon University is currently accepting applications for a Director for Construction Management.
The Planning, Design & Construction Management office oversees the design and construction of the university’s built environment. This position will join a highly productive and energetic team that manages the development of the physical campus. This position will be working closely with the other members of the department, university community, outside consultants and contractors as well as governing agencies to manage the project from initial concept through occupancy.
Bachelors’ degree in Construction Management or Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Driver’s license and ability to be insured by University’s carrier required.
Professional registration in Architecture or Engineering is preferred. The successful applicant will have proficiency with current version Auto CAD, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Project Scheduling software.
