Front Desk/Concierge
Position: Front Desk/Concierge, Part-Time
Position Summary: The front desk/concierge position works independently, and without direct supervision. Possesses strong communication, telephone and customer service skills. Detailed oriented and able to multitask. Meets and greets residents and guests; checks service providers in/out. Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors and operates electronic security control systems; and accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms.
Skills and Qualifications: Lifting, surveillance skills, ability to deal with uncertainty, judgement, objectivity, dependability, emotional control, integrity, safety management, professionalism and reporting skills.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills. • Monitors Emergency Response System.
- Monitors security cameras
- Greets and directs residents, guests and invitees.
- Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitors and controls access to the building.
- Maintains daily logs, records and forms.
- Resolves and follows-up on all requests/complaints/concerns.
- Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property.
- Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
- Other duties as required.
Shift:
➢ Saturday/Sunday 11:30am – 7:30pm
