Job summary: Perform a variety of support tasks to provide an excellent customer service experience for potential and existing plan participants.
Duties/responsibilities:
- Customer service
- Interact with plan participants to answer questions and provide service
- Communicate and follow up with vendors as necessary to process service requests
- Track all service interactions in the CRM
- Production of plan communication materials
- Assist with organizing, producing, and distributing printed plan communications
- Track plan activity and follow up on outstanding requirements
- Other responsibilities
- Generate and distribute plan portability communications as needed
- Audit vendor plan benefit calculations
Skills/abilities:
- Positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work well in a small team setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Education and experience:
- College degree
- Experience working in a service environment, insurance or employee benefits is helpful but not required
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00
Compensation range:
- Compensation range is $40-45k depending on experience and capabilities
