Job Title: Director of Legal Compliance
Job Duties: Responsible for ifb Group's day-to-day legal and compliance needs, with no direct reports. Advise partners and department heads in general economic, contract and corporate law. Provide corporate compliance in connection with company meetings and meetings of the Supervisory Board. Provide legal and compliance advice for HR related matters; draft employee agreements, MSAs, NDAs, and leases. Negotiate and draft MSAs and cooperation agreements. Assist partners and department heads in responding to RFPs and generally negotiating contract terms as well as in the standardization of process flows. Responsible for building a Legal and Compliance function within ifb Group, and ensuring implementation of internal policies, processes, guidelines and requirements. Membership in the Office of the Board of Managing Directors and as such, supporting and discharging the Executive Board as well as handling business policy and international strategic principals.
Job Requirement: JD, LLM or foreign equivalent, 5 years (60 months) minimum compliance experience in the banking, finance, and/or consulting industries, with 3 years of experience in a senior position. Familiarity with general corporate law, international banking supervisory laws and regulations, including Basel I-III and international banking compliance regulations within at least 3 of the following jurisdictions: USA, Canada, Germany and Switzerland; negotiating of cooperation and master services agreements with regards to IT implementations; knowledge of international auditing standards such as ISAE 3402. Up to 25% domestic and international travel.
