Position Summary:
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for coordinating preventative maintenance work, performing inspections, and maintaining janitorial inventory levels to ensure efficient operation of the Facilities Department.
Responsibilities:

Receives, manages and processes work order requests for all sites.

Drafts and maintains preventative maintenance and repair schedules.

Maintain facilities and janitorial inventory levels, and re-order as needed.
-
Coordinates and schedules outside contractors needed for specialized repairs and services.
-
Assists with the coordination and execution of on-site and off-site events.
-
Performs facility inspections to ensure appearance of a world class facility.
-
Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.

Qualifications:

High School / Trade of Vocational School Diploma or Equivalent

Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and directions.
