Help Desk Analyst
Moore & Van Allen PLLC is a prominent, business and litigation law firm with offices in the Carolinas.
This full-time, 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday, position, located in our Charlotte, NC office, provides support for 600 people using PCs and Citrix Published Desktops, supporting diverse software applications and hardware systems, in a professional services environment.
Day to day responsibilities include: answering first line Help Desk calls for all office locations; logging calls; providing telephone support; escalating and tracking calls; other administrative duties.
A High School Diploma or the equivalent is required with Applications training or MOUS certification preferred. Previous professional support experience is desired. Qualified candidates will have excellent customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
