Route Salesperson

Thank you for your interest in Neese Country Sausage's Route Salesperson position located in Charlotte, NC. This role usually works Monday to Friday from 4:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., but will work typically 2 Saturdays during the year. There are three main aspects of this role: first, it delivers sausage, liver pudding, and our other products to grocery stores and restaurants; second, this position must drive safely to and from the various stops; and third, this role must cultivate relationships with current and prospective clients. Because deliveries is an important part of this position, applicants must be able to consistently lift about 30 pounds at a time. Additionally, our trucks do not require any special licensing to operate, however they do require special care since they are larger and heavier than most personal vehicles. 

 

The position begins at $450 each week as pay, and it moves to a salary plus commission basis after training is complete. We have an excellent benefits package which begins at 60 days of employment. For individuals, we completely cover medical insurance and offer reduced rates for dental and vision. Additional benefits include: employees being able to purchase our products directly from us for wholesale cost; paid vacation and sick days; a credit union; and, a 401(k).
