Meritor in York, SC is seeking qualified individuals to fill roles in our Maintenance Department and Warehouse Departments.
Maintenance Technicians - A minimum of 5 years experience maintaining and troubleshooting electro mechanical/electronic manufacturing and facilities equipment. Experience in programmable logic controllers (PLC) to include writing ladder logic programs as well as using them to troubleshoot equipment and processes. Experience in maintaining hydraulic, electronic, and pneumatic systems. Experience rigging large equipment; Resistance welding, mig welding; Formalized TPM culture
Maintenance Supervisor - Supervisor is responsibilities for maintenance of the facility and equipment and employee relations on all shifts. Assist Maintenance Team and support members in the planning, communication and execution of maintenance assignments on all shifts. Work as a liaison between Operations, Materials, Quality and the Tool Room Support. Ensure maintenance team members are trained and employees' performance meets company expectations. PM/PDM and corrective maintenance scheduling. Manage overtime.
Controls Engineer - 5 years experience maintaining electro mechanical/electronic manufacturing and facilities equipment. 5 Years Experience in programmable logic controllers (Allen Bradley) to include writing ladder logic programs as well as using them to troubleshoot equipment and processes. 5 Years experience programming and teaching Fanuc Robot systems. Experience in maintaining hydraulic, electronic and pneumatic systems. Experience with resistance welding. Experience in communicating with outside vendors. Experience in maintaining chilled water systems
Fork Lift Drivers - Deliver job materials to various work stations before required time to ensure no loss of time and maximum efficiency at work stations. Place received materials into proper storage destinations by examining receiving documents and transporting materials to proper locations. Assure operators can safely pull and utilize materials by placing them in the work area. Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or mark information on cases, bales, or other containers. Resolve work related issues by communicating with other material handlers, operators, and supervisors.
