SCOR Global Life Americas Reinsurance Company seeks Actuary, Fin’l Dvlpmnt in Charlotte, NC to enhance & improve current actuarial modeling & reporting processes, convert targeted bus. onto actuarial models, & support regular model releases. Req’mnts: Bachelor’s or foreign equiv in Actuarial Sci, Insurance Studies or rel. field & 7 yrs of progressively responsible exp in job offered or rel. occupation: leveraging automation tools incl Excel VBA; utilizing knowledge of regulatory reserves incl STAT reserve, GAAP reserve, IFRS4/IFRS17, & Solvency II req’mnt; utilizing exp in actuarial models; applying investment & fin’ce concepts to solve analytical problems in bus. setting; working w/life & annuity products.
