Actuarial Analyst, Inforce & Underwriting

SCOR Ireland DAC seeks Actuarial Analyst, Inforce & Underwriting in Charlotte, NC to support company’s pricing, underwriting & inforce mgmt activities. Req’mnts: Bachelor’s or foreign equiv in Actuarial Sci or rel. field & 1 yr of exp in job offered or rel. occupation: utilizing MS Excel to review insurance & reinsurance pricing or cashflow projection models; utilizing Python programming skills to collect & understand data; reviewing actuarial models to assist in assessing value of new bus. proposals; applying knowledge of actuarial softw & pricing models, incl GGY AXIS, to anlyz model output; & applying actuarial logic to manage reinsurance bus. incl researching pricing models, documenting bus. acceptance decisions & monitoring bus. performance. 2 Assoc. of the Society of Actuaries (“ASA”) level exams req’d.
