LEASING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR PROPERTY MGMT
Job Description:
Leasing and Business Development Manager Position for a residential property management company in Los Angeles (great opportunity to WORK FROM HOME for a hardworking individual with home office and excellent time management skills).
Basic Function:
Assist in expanding our office in the Los Angeles area for the fastest-growing property management brand in LA. The manager must be willing to drive within 17 miles radius of Sherman Oaks.
Business Development:
-Contact prospects within 5 minutes of receiving a lead. A sense of urgency is a must.
-Locates or proposes potential owner prospects by contacting inbound; discovering and exploring opportunities.
-Closes new business deals by developing and negotiating contracts
-Advise landlords on how to quickly lease their homes with a quality tenant as well as repair recommendations
Leasing:
- Show properties to prospective tenants and review credit applications
- Move-in inspection
Qualifications:
-We are looking for someone with a great attitude. We will train for skills!
-Must be willing to work on some weekends
-Must have a California Real Estate license.
-Must have own transportation and be willing to stop by 1-4 meetings per day
-Self-motivated with exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of people.
Benefits:
-Base salary ($32,400), leasing commission, and business development commission (total payout including commission is minimum of $75K+) plus the potential to for brokerage side of business once qualified)
