Middle School Math & Science Teacher
Trinity Preparatory School is excited to announce that we are expanding middle school, beginning the 2023-2024 school year, as we currently have 8th graders, and we are looking forward to adding 7th and 6th graders. If you are an innovative, creative, student-centered teacher, we want YOU!
We would love for you to apply for a teaching position that is responsible for developing a classroom which encompasses working toward mastery of basic math concepts to include, but not limited to: Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, and Geometry. This would require a teacher with a creative mind, as you develop the scope and sequence of your curriculum, tailored to individual student needs academically, as well as emotionally and socially.
The science component would include teaching general science concepts, which also includes but not limited to earth and environmental and physical sciences which include labs with hands-on experiments, and science projects.
In essence, Trinity Preparatory School is searching for a dedicated teacher who envisions teaching as it relates to the family, growing community, enhancing teaching-and-learning so that the whole student can be educated socially, emotionally, and academically. The expectation is to embrace our model of student-centered, multimedia, hands-on learning with minimal homework that is assigned to reinforce learning.
