Community Manager
Property Management Company accepting resumes for the position of “COMMUNITY MANAGER” for their Gastonia/Kannapolis area apartment complexes. Qualified individuals should have experience with customer service & strong leadership skills. Community Managers are responsible for servicing the needs of the community for residents; as well as, the operations for the company. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, servicing the property needs daily by means of communication as residential and corporate liaison, walking the property daily, verifying unit turns are progressing, community grounds detail, work order intake, inspections, data entry, filing, application intake, & move out processes. Candidate should be a team player with strong customer service skills. Experience in industry is a plus but not required as training is in place.
