Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of calls and customer orders
- Make outgoing calls to assigned accounts
- Establish and maintain customer accounts
- Sales experience-product knowledge
- Respond in a timely and accurate manner to customer care calls, ensuring that service questions and concerns are treated in a respectful and professional manner
- Communicate and explain the value of Anchor Distributors/Whitaker House and benefits of services to customers though establishing relationships and building strong rapport
- Cold calling accounts to re-establish business
- Accurately log customer interactions into systems; update logged information in a timely manner in order to track assessment completion, general inquiries and/or resolution
- Other similar and/or related tasks as assigned
Knowledge:
- Familiar with Christian books and products
- Strong data entry and/or word processing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
- Training in the use of the company order processing software will be provided
Skills:
- Must be fluent in Spanish with previous customer service experience
- Commitment to excellent service
- Highly detailed oriented and accurate
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks, and the flexibility to adapt
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
