WH Rogers Sheet Metal, a 50 year old Charlotte metal fabrication company, is seeking an individual who will report directly to the owner while maintaining all office functions and operations.
Duties will include but are not limited to organizing office operations and procedures; preparing weekly payroll, payroll reports and payroll tax payments; controlling correspondence, data entry and filing; reviewing inventory, accounts receivables and payables.
This position is the primary point of telephone contact, so expect much interaction with customers and vendors. Microsoft Word & Excel are used on a regular basis and general working knowledge is required. In-depth QuickBooks knowledge is a must. Any qualified candidate should be self-motivated, detail oriented, customer service driven, organized and have great verbal communication skills.
A competitive compensation package offered that includes vacation, holidays, insurance and Simple IRA retirement plan. Hours are 8:00a - 4:30p, Monday - Friday.
