Aldersgate Retirement Community is accepting applications for the following positions for our Aldersgate@Home Homecare service. 

Office Manager

Our busy, client-focused Homecare office needs a reliable, well-organized Office Manager to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. The Office Manager will be responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation. We’re looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experience in managing a homecare environment required.

 Scheduler/Admin Assistant

Aldersgate Retirement Community is accepting applications for a scheduler/admin assistant for our Aldersgate@Home Homecare service.  This position provides administrative support for the Director of Homecare and the Homecare department, processes data entry and maintains the schedule of the Homecare staff.  Three to four years of administrative experience preferred.  Proficient word processing, spreadsheet, and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
